Job Summary
Owning the product strategy and roadmap for App Platform, Serverless Functions, and Container Registry, the full-time remote Staff Product Manager will manage platform economics, drive feature prioritization, and enhance the developer experience for managed compute services.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the vision and strategy for managed compute services, ensuring alignment with overall platform goals
- Oversee platform economics, tracking costs and improving utilization and efficiency in collaboration with engineering and finance teams
- Conduct customer discovery and translate insights into user stories and acceptance criteria to enhance the developer journey
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of product management experience in managed cloud compute, PaaS, or container products
- Strong knowledge of PaaS, serverless, and container registry models
- Understanding of cloud compute landscape, including CPU architectures and their cost/performance characteristics
- Experience in building cost-to-serve models for multi-tenant services
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
