Staff Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the conversion and activation process for Vanta's self-serve onboarding, the full-time Staff Product Manager will define the future of agentic AI onboarding, drive a high-converting user journey, and collaborate across teams to enhance the customer experience in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and optimize the agentic AI onboarding experience, guiding customers through setup and operation of their security programs
• Drive the self-serve onboarding journey for startups and downmarket customers, ensuring a seamless transition from signup to product adoption
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Account Management to create a scalable self-serve onboarding program across various products

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in product management, particularly in onboarding or customer activation
• Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies and account management processes
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing
• Ability to think systemically and connect onboarding experiences to broader product and operational frameworks
• Familiarity with AI applications in product management and customer engagement
