Staff Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the longitudinal patient record, the full-time remote Staff Product Manager will manage product strategy, ensure data consistency across multiple sources, and drive adoption of a unified care history for improved patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Set the vision and roadmap for the longitudinal record, prioritizing high-value problems and making trade-offs among completeness, accuracy, and investment
• Define consistent representation of care events and establish clinically grounded rules for combining data sources to create a trusted patient record
• Oversee patient matching, deduplication, and normalization processes to ensure raw data from various sources is integrated into a reliable patient history

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, particularly with data platforms or shared data products
• Proven experience in setting product strategy for platforms with multiple internal consumers
• Deep knowledge of healthcare data, including claims, clinical documents, and lab data
• Experience defining and promoting the adoption of canonical or master data across teams
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence teams without direct management authority
