Staff Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the consumer-facing surfaces that connect eaters with meals, the full-time remote Staff Product Manager will drive the product vision, roadmap, and execution for high-traffic areas of the app, collaborating closely with Design, Engineering, and Data Science teams.

Key responsibilities

• Set and manage the product vision and roadmap for the discovery surfaces, ensuring a coherent experience across web and mobile
• Partner with Engineering and Design to launch features that enhance meal discovery and improve user engagement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to elevate user experience and maintain high-quality core UI components

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience, particularly with consumer-facing mobile and/or web surfaces
• Demonstrated expertise in discovery, browsing, or shopping experiences within marketplace or catalog-heavy products
• Strong collaboration skills with design teams and a solid understanding of frontend product systems
• Experience in running A/B experiments and making data-informed decisions
• Proven ability to manage complex roadmaps across multiple surfaces simultaneously
