Job Summary
Shaping AI-powered messaging experiences, the full-time Staff Product Manager, AI Engagement will define and deliver high-value use cases across various messaging channels while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote-friendly environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end product definition and successful delivery of priority AI-powered messaging use cases
- Define how generative AI, conversational AI, and messaging capabilities integrate to enhance customer journeys

Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Product Management experience building and scaling customer-facing software products
- Demonstrated experience with AI-powered, conversational, or automation experiences

- Proven ability to define product strategy and make prioritization decisions using customer insights and data
- Experience collaborating and influencing across Product, Engineering, and Design teams
