Owning the Oracle product roadmap, the full-time Staff Product Manager, Oracle will manage end-to-end strategies for protecting and recovering Oracle databases, engage with customers, and lead cross-database initiatives in a remote environment.

Required qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Oracle backup and recovery, including RMAN, Data Guard, and RAC
- Typically 8+ years of product management experience for technical enterprise products or equivalent roles
- Comfortable engaging with customers at all levels, from DBAs to C-suite executives
- Strong writing and communication skills, capable of distilling complex situations into clear documentation
- A proactive, zero-to-one mindset with a focus on developing plans for new initiatives
