Staff Product Manager, Public Sector

Job Summary

Owning strategy and execution for U.S. Public Sector cloud platforms, the full-time Staff Product Manager will define operational frameworks, manage compliance and security requirements, and lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance ServiceNow's offerings for government customers, with the flexibility to work remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own cross-domain product strategy and multi-quarter roadmap for the U.S. public sector cloud portfolio
• Shape market perspectives for regulated public sector, ensuring compliance and strategic alignment with federal and state nuances
• Lead multi-team programs, collaborating with engineering, legal, and security teams to unblock delivery and align on product strategy

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of B2B product management experience in platform or cloud infrastructure
• Experience with enterprise software and cloud architectures, including SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS models
• Proven ability to set strategy and lead cross-functional initiatives in complex environments
• U.S. Citizenship and residency within the United States
• Experience with compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP, CJIS, and NIST
