Staff Product Manager, Residential Charging
Job Summary
Leading the product line roadmap for home and residential AC charging hardware, the full-time Staff Product Manager, Residential Charging will manage product strategy, development, and go-to-market execution in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Own the product line roadmap and strategy, making decisions on pricing, demand, and build quantities
- Lead product development from concept to launch, overseeing go/no-go decisions and product certifications
- Define the home energy strategy and manage relationships with strategic partners in the energy sector
Required qualifications
- 8 to 12 years of hardware product management or product line management experience in connected electrical or energy products
- Experience taking integrated hardware, firmware, and software products from concept to volume production
- Proven track record in residential EV charging or adjacent home energy sectors
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive launch execution in a matrixed environment
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
