Job Summary
Owning the product strategy and roadmap for SEO and AI visibility, the full-time Staff Product Manager, SEO will manage organic discovery solutions for over 20,000 real estate websites while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the product strategy for organic discovery and AI visibility across the platform
- Oversee technical foundations including crawlability, indexation, and structured data for all page types generated
- Implement a robust experimentation program to validate changes and measure impact on client outcomes
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in SEO and product management, with at least 3 years in a product management role
- Proven experience managing search for a platform with multiple independent customer domains
- Strong technical knowledge in rendering, JavaScript SEO, and page performance
- Experience designing for both human users and AI agents in a web environment
- Familiarity with AI search and its impact on brand visibility and citation measurement
