Staff Product Manager, Threat Hunting

Job Summary

To drive the success of the NodeZero Threat Hunting product, the full-time Staff Product Manager will own its vision, strategy, and commercial performance while working in a hybrid environment, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer outcomes and product growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the product's vision, strategy, and priorities, ensuring accountability for customer outcomes and commercial success
• Define the category of exposure-driven threat hunting and develop the framework for hunting capabilities within customer environments
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to drive new ARR, retention, and growth initiatives while managing the product roadmap

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of product management experience with technical B2B security products, including delivering 0-to-1 capabilities
• Proven track record of owning a product's commercial outcomes, including revenue targets and retention strategies
• Deep understanding of SOC, threat hunting, and incident response team dynamics and needs
• Technical aptitude with familiarity in MITRE ATT&CK and security telemetry
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technology-related field
