Owning the roadmap for the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform, the full-time Staff Product Manager - US Public Sector will manage product offerings across various tiers of the US Government, ensuring compliance and driving adoption in regulated environments while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee US public-sector product offerings from FedRAMP to classified environments, ensuring compliance and scalability
- Design and adapt features to meet the specific needs of the US Government and its regulated environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch public-sector offerings and accelerate adoption of Databricks' capabilities
Required qualifications
- Product management experience with enterprise B2B or SaaS products
- Domain expertise in US public-sector compliance and accreditation (e.g., FedRAMP, DoD Impact Levels)
- Experience launching enterprise products in large, complex organizations, particularly within the US Government
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive business results
- US citizenship with the ability to obtain and hold a security clearance
