Staff Program Manager

Job Summary

To ensure strategic priorities translate into measurable business impact, the full-time remote Staff Program Manager will manage program planning, execution, and delivery for product releases while coordinating cross-functional teams and aligning initiatives with organizational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of product releases and new offerings, defining roadmaps and success metrics
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution
• Proactively identify and mitigate program risks, providing regular updates to stakeholders on progress and milestones

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of program management experience, with at least 3 years managing cross-functional initiatives in a technology-focused organization
• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and modern product development practices
• Proficiency in program management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) and productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office)
• Strong understanding of the AI landscape and technical literacy across AI/GenAI systems and platform architecture
