Staff Revenue Accountant

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and proactive, the full-time Staff Revenue Accountant will manage customer account communications, billing inquiries, and accounts receivable processes while working remotely in a high-growth SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for accounts receivable inquiries, ensuring prompt responses to customer and internal requests
• Maintain organized documentation and collection notes in NetSuite, while preparing journal entries and monthly accounts receivable reconciliations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve account matters and support billing and audit processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience
• 3-4 years of experience in accounting, accounts receivable, or collections
• Working knowledge of general ledger concepts, including debits, credits, and reconciliations
• Ability to read and interpret customer contracts and quotes
• Must be located in and able to work Eastern Time hours
