Job Summary
To enhance organizational security, the full-time salaried Staff Security Engineer will manage and improve the security posture by implementing secure cloud architecture, conducting vulnerability assessments, and leading incident response efforts.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze and continuously improve the organizational security posture
- Implement and manage security solutions for cloud-based infrastructure and applications
- Conduct security assessments and manage incident response from detection to resolution
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Security and/or Cloud Operations
- Hands-on experience with AWS and cloud-native security tools
- Direct experience with intrusion prevention systems and vulnerability management tools
- Proven ability to integrate security practices into IT and/or DevOps environments
- Knowledge of incident response processes and practices
