Staff Security Engineer
Job Summary
As a hands-on technical leader, the full-time Staff Security Engineer will focus on securing AI-enabled systems and applications, collaborating with engineering and product teams to embed security throughout the development lifecycle while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with engineering and product teams to integrate security into AI-enabled products and platforms
- Lead threat modeling and security architecture reviews for various AI applications and infrastructure
- Define and implement secure engineering patterns and standards across identity, data protection, and incident readiness
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field
- 8+ years of experience in full-stack security, product security, application security, or related fields
- 5+ years of experience working with AI, machine learning, or AI-enabled application environments
- Proven experience in conducting security architecture reviews and threat modeling for modern applications
- Strong hands-on experience securing cloud-native environments, preferably AWS
