Staff Security Researcher
Job Summary
As a full-time Staff Security Researcher, the successful candidate will conduct original offensive research on Dia, focusing on vulnerability discovery and threat modeling, while working remotely within North America.
Key responsibilities
- Run offensive research against Dia, its agent, and backend services, targeting various vulnerabilities
- Threat model new surface areas and review features pre-launch to identify exploitable elements
- Design and build automated systems for continuous vulnerability discovery and collaborate with engineers on structural fixes
Required qualifications
- 8+ years in offensive security, vulnerability research, or related fields with a proven track record of finding bugs
- Expertise in at least one area such as LLM agent systems, browser internals, or cloud infrastructure
- Proficiency in programming languages like Go, TypeScript, Python, or Swift
- Experience using LLMs effectively in security contexts
- Ability to thrive in a high-trust, high-ambiguity environment with minimal supervision
