Staff Security Risk Analyst
Job Summary
Driving security risk management initiatives, the full-time Staff Security Risk Analyst will identify and assess operational, security, and compliance risks while engineering automated solutions to enhance risk data processing, all within a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, assess, monitor, and report on operational, security, and compliance risks
- Drive technical automation across the risk management lifecycle by engineering custom AI agents and workflows
- Evaluate security control effectiveness and manage the risk register to deliver dynamic risk visibility to leadership
Required qualifications
- Relevant BA/BS degree
- 7+ years of hands-on security risk management and technical experience
- Hands-on experience building automated workflows, scripts (Python/APIs), and AI solutions
- Industry certification in security (CRISC, CISA, CISM, CISSP) or equivalent certification
- Experience across regulations and common industry frameworks including ISO, PCI, and NIST CSF
