Staff Site Reliability Engineer
Job Summary
To enhance the platform's self-service capabilities, the full-time Staff Site Reliability Engineer will act as a key technical leader in site reliability, platform architecture, and infrastructure scaling while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead technical strategy and bridge product, development, and operations for cross-functional collaboration
- Act as the subject matter expert for cloud-native platforms and SRE practices, ensuring robust and reliable infrastructure
- Participate in on-call rotations to maintain product reliability and respond to system incidents
Required qualifications
- Experience designing and operating large-scale cloud environments with a focus on self-service capabilities
- Deep expertise in Kubernetes, including networking and security across clouds
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML concepts and architecting platform capabilities for agentic operations
- Solid background in software development, particularly in Go and Python
- Extensive experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and promoting self-service via developer portals
