Job Summary
Anchoring the growing SRE/Platform Engineering team, the full-time Staff Site Reliability Engineer will independently manage SRE projects from design to production, mentor engineers, and enhance infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and on-prem environments in a remote work setting.
Key responsibilities
- Own and deliver SRE projects end-to-end, from scoping and design through implementation and documentation
- Serve as a technical anchor for the SRE team, conducting design reviews and mentoring engineers
- Design and operate hybrid infrastructure, balancing speed, reliability, and cost while implementing automation and observability improvements
Required qualifications
- 6+ years in SRE, DevOps, or Cloud Engineering with progressive project ownership experience
- Hands-on expertise in AWS, Azure, and on-prem infrastructure, with strong Terraform skills
- Experience in CI/CD design and ownership, focusing on improving deployment reliability
- Proven ability in incident management and post-incident reviews that address systemic issues
- Automation-first mindset with a history of reducing operational toil
