Seeking a full-time Staff Software Development Engineer to work remotely, who will serve as both a Technical Lead and Individual Contributor in building next-generation platforms, creating Proof of Concepts, and collaborating with engineers to enhance digital solutions that improve customer health experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement efficient, scalable solutions that meet business requirements and quality standards
- Collaborate with architects and senior engineers on solution design and architecture discussions
- Provide mentorship to junior developers and participate in knowledge-sharing activities to foster team growth
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise solution delivery within a large-scale distributed software design environment
- 5+ years of Java development experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with cloud computing technologies and enterprise cloud initiatives
- 5+ years of experience designing and developing modern microservices and APIs
- 3+ years of experience working on CI/CD Pipeline automation
