Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

Leading technical initiatives in a remote full-time capacity, the Staff Software Engineer will design and build customer-facing software and platform capabilities, drive multi-team projects, and enhance customer journeys to improve business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and evolve reliable customer-facing software and shared platform capabilities using TypeScript, React, and Node.js
• Analyze customer research and product analytics to identify and prioritize changes that enhance customer experiences across various stages
• Lead complex, multi-quarter initiatives, managing technical direction and collaboration across teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption

Required qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in Staff-level technical leadership with a track record of delivering results across multiple teams
• Strong product judgment and experience in building customer-facing SaaS products, particularly in growth and onboarding
• Ability to use customer insights and quantitative data to guide product iterations and assess outcomes
• Experience mentoring engineers and fostering their development through ownership and feedback
• Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving
