Job Summary
A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer - Infinia Reliability Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the technical authority for complex issues involving Infinia, ensuring resolution through collaboration
- Own and resolve escalated technical issues for key customers, including debugging and implementing code fixes
- Design and develop tools and technical demos to enhance support capabilities and address potential challenges
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in technical roles related to high-performance computing or storage systems
- Proven track record in debugging and maintaining enterprise-class software systems
- Expertise in enterprise-class storage technologies and data management tools
- Knowledge of scripting and automation tools, such as Python, Bash, and PowerShell
