Job Summary
A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer, Cloud Platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing secure, scalable backend services for the Arc platform
- Leading multi-team initiatives and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and industry knowledge
- Participating in agile activities and collaborating across teams to improve processes and achieve shared goals
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field or equivalent practical experience
- 8+ years of experience in designing and building highly-scalable, customer-facing applications
- Proven expertise in server-side programming languages, preferably Python or Node.js
- Strong understanding of AWS services and identity management protocols
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects from inception to delivery
