Job Summary
Passionate about building innovative products, the full-time remote Staff Software Engineer will design and implement scalable accounting software sync solutions while mentoring junior engineers and solving complex customer issues.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end software solutions for the BILL business payment network
- Lead a team in building and maintaining two-way synchronization solutions between the BILL platform and major accounting software products
- Drive improvements in user experience and develop new microservices in AWS to enhance customer data synchronization
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of software development experience
- Proven ability to lead software development teams and manage the full software development lifecycle
- Expertise in Java, SQL, NoSQL databases, and system design
- Experience with SDLC processes, including code reviews, unit testing, and CI/CD
- Familiarity with leveraging Gen AI technologies to enhance software engineering
