Staff Software Engineer
Job Summary
Owning the architecture and execution of data-intensive systems, the full-time Staff Software Engineer will provide technical leadership and mentorship on the Data Products team while delivering impactful features that enhance customer value in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Translate ideas and designs into data-intensive web applications that deliver customer value
- Conduct architecture and code reviews to mentor team members and improve software quality
- Triage and resolve complex issues involving distributed systems and third-party providers
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience building data-intensive online applications
- Familiarity with ETL and/or RAG design and development
- Proficiency in technologies such as React, TypeScript, Next.JS, PostgreSQL, and C#/.NET
- Experience with design and prototyping tools like Figma
- Bonus points for experience with CI/CD pipelines and production systems like AWS
