Staff Software Engineer
Job Summary
To support a growing engineering team, the full-time Staff Software Engineer will build and operate internal platforms, including infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and developer lifecycle tooling, while working remotely within the United States and traveling up to 10% as needed.
Key responsibilities
- Design and build the internal platform layer to improve performance, reliability, and intelligence
- Develop modern, scalable full-stack solutions primarily in Python and Node.js, integrating AI capabilities
- Provide technical oversight and mentorship across multiple domains, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of software development experience
- Solid understanding of common architecture patterns and company-wide infrastructure
- Experience with large language models (LLMs) or similar AI technologies
- Expert-level experience in unit testing, integration, and end-to-end testing
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
