Staff Software Engineer
Job Summary
To support innovative ad format development, the full-time Staff Software Engineer will own technical direction for SDKs, lead cross-team initiatives, and mentor engineers while working remotely or in a hybrid capacity from the London office.
Key responsibilities
- Own the technical direction for new ad format development in the SDK, driving architecture decisions
- Independently scope and lead cross-team initiatives from problem definition through rollout
- Drive improvements to system efficiency, reliability, and rendering performance while mentoring other engineers
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields and 6 years of relevant experience
- Deep expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), CSS preprocessors, and HTML5
- Experience shaping Agile processes for a team
- Strong communication skills to influence technical direction across teams
