Staff Software Engineer
Job Summary
Leading a team of engineers in a remote capacity, the full-time Staff Software Engineer will design, develop, and maintain software products while mentoring junior engineers and contributing to architectural documentation and product tool selection.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develops, tests, deploys, and maintains software, ensuring it meets user needs and quality standards
- Actively seeks personal growth and learning opportunities through both formal and informal channels
- Collaborates with the Product Team to ensure user stories are clear, testable, and developer-ready
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
- 5+ years of relevant work experience
- Experience with search tools such as Elastic Search and Mongo Atlas
- Proficiency in Java Spring Boot and cloud technologies, preferably GCP
- Experience in writing SQL queries against relational databases
