Staff Software Engineer
Job Summary
To contribute to the build-out of agentic AI capabilities, the full-time Staff Software Engineer will design, build, and operate autonomous AI agents remotely, focusing on multi-step workflows and data orchestration.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement autonomous and semi-autonomous AI agents that interact with data and systems
- Architect and deploy observability and guardrail frameworks to monitor AI agents in production
- Build and manage high-volume data pipelines to support AI agent functionality and ensure data quality
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with a strong impact
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Hands-on experience building agentic AI systems and orchestration frameworks
- Practical experience with evaluation, guardrail, and observability tooling for AI agents
- Strong collaboration skills across engineering and cross-functional teams
