Job Summary

Providing technical leadership in a remote environment, the full-time Staff Software Engineer will manage architecture and delivery initiatives across authentication, authorization, and account lifecycles while guiding cross-functional execution and engineering excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead major architecture and delivery initiatives across authentication, authorization, and account lifecycles
• Define multi-service technical direction, including API contracts, data models, and migration paths
• Translate complex product and security requirements into clear designs, managing dependencies across teams

• Proven track record of guiding cross-team architecture and resolving high-impact technical trade-offs
• Expertise in API design, distributed systems, data modeling, and production operations
• Experience in high-risk domains where security, correctness, and performance are paramount
