Staff Software Engineer
Job Summary
Working remotely as a full-time Staff Software Engineer, the candidate will develop full-stack applications using C#/Blazor or Python, drive DevOps automation, and improve CI/CD processes across internal platforms.
Key responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain internal web applications and tools to support enterprise operations
- Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation using various DevOps tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance software delivery, code quality, and operational visibility
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Strong experience in developing and maintaining internal web applications using C#/Blazor and/or Python
- Hands-on expertise with DevOps practices and tooling, including CI/CD pipeline development and version control
- Experience with automation, infrastructure-as-code, and quality tools such as SonarQube
- Solid understanding of secure software development and enterprise-scale architecture
