Job Summary
Driving software design and architecture, the full-time remote Staff Software Engineer will lead technical initiatives across multiple engineering teams, actively contribute to software development, and mentor engineers while ensuring scalable and maintainable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance across engineering teams and product verticals

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
- Significant professional software engineering experience with a focus on .NET / C# application development
- Strong experience in developing cloud-based solutions using Microsoft Azure
- Experience designing and developing APIs, integrations, and enterprise software systems
- Demonstrated ability to influence technical direction across multiple teams
