Key responsibilities
- Drive product-based implementations to improve Provider Onboarding capabilities for internal and external users
- Build robust custom tools and leverage industry solutions to enhance pricing, payments, client panels, and forms
- Mentor senior engineers and establish scalable systems while overseeing all phases of the development lifecycle
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering
- 1+ years working on healthcare or equivalent systems
- Experience forming a new team from scratch
- Fullstack experience with modern database-backed web applications
- Experience with microservice development and mentoring others
