Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

Leading a team of full stack developers, the full-time Staff Software Engineer will enhance the code base for administrative and reporting tools while managing the implementation of a robust web experience in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Design and manage the implementation of overall product and service integration architecture
• Prioritize and manage development efforts to fulfill product feature requests in a timely manner
• Define and design architecture solutions in collaboration with enterprise architects to create scalable web applications

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of enterprise web development experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Strong understanding of the enterprise technology stack
• In-depth experience in SQL performance tuning
• Hands-on experience with all layers of the development stack, including Java EE backend and Angular frontend
• Ability to articulate and explain technical solutions to stakeholders
