Staff Software Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Staff Software Engineer in a full-time remote position, the candidate will lead the architecture of scalable front-end solutions for the pharmacy operations platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure safety, reliability, and adaptability.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development of scalable, maintainable front-end solutions aligned with product requirements
- Establish best practices and coding standards across the Front End team while mentoring junior engineers
- Define a multi-quarter front-end architecture roadmap and collaborate with designers for user experience enhancements
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on front-end technical direction
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks (React, NextJs, TypeScript) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with monitoring and CI/CD technologies (Datadog, GitHub Actions, Circle CI)
- Hands-on experience using AI tools in engineering workflows
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize multiple projects effectively
