Staff Software Engineer
Job Summary
Leading a dynamic team in a remote environment, the full-time salaried Staff Software Engineer will design and develop production applications while mentoring junior engineers and ensuring software quality through testing and performance tuning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, deploy, and maintain software, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and user needs
- Collaborate with the Product Team to prepare user stories and facilitate agile processes
- Provide guidance to junior engineers on modern software development practices and frameworks
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in site reliability engineering or a related field
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (preferably GCP) and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible)
- Extensive experience with front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks
- Experience with monitoring, observability, and creating various types of software tests
