Staff Software Engineer
Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Staff Software Engineer will be responsible for full stack software development on the HungerRush 360 cloud POS system, collaborating with teams to design and implement new functionalities while mentoring other engineers.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with teams to design, develop, and support existing functionality as well as create new applications
- Write high-quality code following best practices for coding, compliance, security, and performance
- Utilize AI advancements to improve the effectiveness of delivering business value and mentor junior software engineers
Required qualifications
- Extensive professional experience, recommended 10+ years
- Demonstrated success delivering SaaS, E-Commerce, or consumer-facing web applications/APIs
- Deep experience with distributed systems, cloud environments (Azure preferred), and modern architectures
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies including C#, Azure, and SQL Server
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
