Job Summary
Leading engineering efforts, the remote Staff Software Engineer will serve as the primary technical leader for one or more teams within a product domain, collaborating closely with software engineers and stakeholders to define strategy and deliver valuable software.

- Co-lead the engineering team, coaching and developing team members alongside the Engineering Manager
- Partner with cross-functional teams to set quarterly strategies and identify key technical initiatives
- Contribute code strategically and lead incident response efforts to enhance system resiliency
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience as a software engineer
- 3+ years of experience leading software teams
- Expertise in Ruby on Rails
- Familiarity with Rust
- Proven leadership in projects involving multiple teams across functional domains
