Job Summary
To support the Enterprise team's mission, the full-time Staff Software Engineer will advance core platform capabilities, build AI-native integrations, and drive technical direction while working remotely in the US or Canada.
Key responsibilities
- Build AI-native integrations and explore connections with emerging AI tools and platforms
- Advance enterprise platform capabilities including identity, authorization, and provisioning
- Lead complex technical initiatives from architecture through implementation and iteration
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on leading complex technical initiatives
- Experience in full-lifecycle ownership from system design to production launch
- Strong full-stack expertise with significant backend development experience
- Hands-on experience with AI-native engineering and building LLM-powered products
- Pragmatic technical judgment balancing long-term investments with immediate customer needs
