Staff Software Engineer
Job Summary
Providing technical leadership for the Brokerage and RIA Technology Team, the full-time Staff Software Engineer will shape architecture and technical direction while leading complex initiatives and ensuring alignment with business needs in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive the technical direction and architecture for associated platforms and systems
- Partner with various leaders to develop technical roadmaps aligned with business priorities
- Lead major cross-team technical initiatives from analysis and design through implementation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Nine or more years of relevant software development experience with significant technical leadership responsibilities
- Demonstrated experience architecting and delivering complex solutions across multiple systems
- Deep expertise in AWS serverless and cloud-native data architecture
- Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages for solution design and development
