Staff Software Engineer
Job Summary
Leading the design and development of scalable distributed systems, the full-time remote Staff Software Engineer will influence architectural direction, integrate AI technologies, and mentor engineering teams to deliver high-impact technical solutions for a global platform.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and evolution of scalable, reliable, high-performance distributed systems

Required qualifications

- Expertise in back-end development with two or more server-side languages (e.g., PHP, Go, Java, Python)
- Proven experience in architecting and maintaining large-scale distributed systems and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, etc.)
- Strong understanding of distributed systems concepts, software design principles, and modern development practices
