Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

Delivering high-impact full stack engineering in a remote environment, the full-time Staff Software Engineer will own end-to-end feature development, system reliability, and performance optimization while leveraging AI to enhance coding efficiency and ensure compliance in a regulated pharmacy setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy full stack features across frontend and backend systems while ensuring scalability and regulatory compliance
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, implementing monitoring and alerting solutions to enhance system stability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions, participating in agile ceremonies to improve delivery outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 10+ years of experience in full stack development, including frontend frameworks and backend services
• Proficiency in Java, Springboot, Node.js, and Python within production environments
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools to improve coding efficiency and debugging
• Strong understanding of performance optimization and system reliability practices
