Key responsibilities
- Build AI-natively and integrate AI agents into the software development lifecycle
- Shape and standardize shared tooling and patterns across engineering teams
- Measure and analyze agent usage and outcomes to improve throughput and quality
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of production engineering experience with a focus on agentic developer experience
- Hands-on experience with coding agents, agent harnesses, and prompt design
- Proven track record of building and supporting internal platforms or developer tooling
- Strong backend development skills in Go, including API design and data modeling
- Experience in making user-centered decisions and driving adoption of new tools
