Seeking a full-time Staff Software Engineer to architect and build internal tools and platforms for operations teams, applying AI to real business problems while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and build internal tools, overseeing them from design through deployment and ongoing operation
- Define service boundaries, integration patterns, and data flow across teams, writing technical strategies and RFCs
- Identify and implement AI solutions, running proofs of concept and advancing successful initiatives into production-ready systems
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience with a focus on reliable, maintainable production systems
- Demonstrated experience in leading architecture or major technical initiatives across multiple teams
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and generative AI in production environments
- Strong backend and systems design skills, including APIs and cloud infrastructure
- Experience with reliability engineering and building systems that handle sensitive data securely
