Job Summary
Leading the development of the Kyber platform, the full-time remote Staff Software Engineer will drive the implementation, maintenance, and scaling of a system that supports internal projects and enables non-technical builders to prototype ideas across product surfaces.
Key responsibilities:
- Set technical direction for the Kyber platform and make architectural decisions for rapid deployment systems
- Write and review code to establish standards for quality, availability, and system health across the platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate organizational objectives into platform capabilities
Required qualifications:
- 9+ years of industry experience with a track record of delivering large-scale service-oriented systems
- Broad full-stack engineering capability across backend, frontend, mobile, APIs, and system architecture
- Proven experience building customer-facing products from inception to launch
- Strong architectural design skills, including distributed services and well-designed APIs
- Product-first engineering mindset with an understanding of technical decisions in service of customer products
