Job Summary
Seeking an innovative Staff Software Engineer for a full-time remote position, responsible for developing, deploying, and maintaining user-facing applications, backend APIs, and cloud infrastructure while collaborating with a dynamic team to enhance a powerful SaaS platform.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain end-to-end features across backend APIs, data pipelines, AI agents, and interactive frontends
- Lead workstreams by gathering product requirements, proposing solution architectures, and managing technical dependencies
- Collaborate with users and customer-facing teammates to gather feedback and translate insights into design solutions
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of software engineering experience delivering high-quality software
- Deep experience in building scalable software, particularly with Python or modern JavaScript frameworks
- Proven track record of owning successful software delivery end-to-end
- Experience with version control, testing, and debugging tools
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and cloud infrastructure is a strong plus
