Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

Owning core products such as prior auth pipelines and Epic integrations, the full-time remote Staff Software Engineer will design systems, set coding standards, and ensure timely delivery of software that enhances patient care through AI-driven solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and manage production agentic systems in a regulated environment, focusing on automated workflows and AI features
• Establish system design standards and oversee integration with existing platforms, ensuring seamless connectivity
• Lead the delivery process across workstreams, aligning roadmaps with product milestones and addressing user needs effectively

Required qualifications

• Proven experience owning and shaping a product, with a strong understanding of system complexities
• Demonstrated ability to build complex systems from scratch, with clear rationale for design decisions
• Hands-on coding experience, with the ability to shift focus between detailed implementation and broader system architecture
• High level of initiative and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with AI tools and a desire to integrate them into daily workflows
