Job Summary
Acting as a technical leader within the Platform & Infrastructure organization, the full-time Staff Software Engineer will define architectural strategies, mentor junior engineers, and solve complex systemic challenges while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term vision for infrastructure, designing resilient, distributed systems for AI workloads
- Provide mentorship to junior engineers, fostering high standards and continuous learning
- Collaborate with engineering leads to diagnose and address complex technical bottlenecks
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional software development experience with complex distributed systems
- Demonstrated experience leading engineering teams and influencing technical strategy
- Expertise in cloud-native infrastructure, preferably GCP, and Kubernetes at scale
- Experience with GPU/ML infrastructure for large training and inference workloads
- Strong ability to simplify and decompose complex technical problems into actionable designs
