Job Summary
Owning the architecture for client management solutions, the full-time Staff Software Engineer will design and develop tools that assist providers in capturing, converting, and maintaining their client base, working remotely and collaborating cross-functionally with various teams.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement the platform architecture to support lead management and caseload tooling
- Collaborate with product, design, data, and sales teams to drive company goals and measure product impact
- Lead the technical direction for AI-powered tools that enhance provider-client interactions and streamline practice management
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of software engineering experience
- Experience building and scaling user-facing products in marketplace, vertical SaaS, or health-tech environments
- Proven track record of shipping LLM-powered agents or workflows in production
- Familiarity with data-heavy onboarding processes and integrations with third-party systems
- Ability to influence technical direction across teams without direct authority
