Job Summary
Providing hands-on technical leadership in a remote capacity, the full-time Staff Software Engineer will shape architecture across platform domains, solve systemic challenges, and build capabilities that enhance engineering velocity and reliability for over 250 engineers and AI scientists.
Key responsibilities:
- Define the long-term platform vision, architecture, and engineering standards to balance scalability and team autonomy
- Build shared services and platform capabilities that simplify development and enhance productivity across engineering teams
- Lead cross-functional platform initiatives from strategy through adoption, aligning stakeholders in engineering, infrastructure, security, and AI
Required qualifications:
- 7+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on developer platforms and cloud infrastructure
- Experience leading architecture, implementation, and production operations in complex environments
- Proven ability to drive ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives and develop scalable technical solutions
- Deep expertise in cloud-native platforms, infrastructure automation, and modern software delivery practices
- Strong stakeholder leadership skills with a track record of improving developer experience and building resilient systems
